Chef Nelson’s recipe features sausage, bacon, egg and cheddar cheese on a toasted English muffin and celebrates local Hoosier ingredients and flavors in a hearty, family-friendly dish. Voting for the Hometown Breakfast Battle began Monday, Sept. 14 and lasts through Sunday, Sept. 27 at thomasbreakfastbattle.com. Each time a consumer submits a vote, they will be entered to win daily prize giveaways and a $10,000 grand prize.
